KARLOS TV 0.1.0-rc.1 — Phase 1 release candidate, build 10001

Based on Jellyfin Android TV v0.19.10 (984181a3d6ab14e9a6d2dcc850c582e1c138bd95).
KARLOS Picture House launcher, arrival artwork and navigation wordmark; charcoal/cream/gold theme; Source Sans 3 typography; distinct stable package tv.karlosenzo.karlostv. Debug package is separate and is not publicly distributed.

Upstream player, Jellyfin APIs, authentication flow, remote navigation, libraries and settings are preserved. Authentication storage is excluded from cloud backup/device transfer because it contains tokens. Upstream GPL and third-party acknowledgements are retained.

This is NOT a stable release. Physical Fire TV installation, remote focus, server login and actual audio/video/subtitle acceptance remain pending. Existing Karlos4 watchlists and recommendation customisations are not yet exposed in the native TV UI. No production server plugin or media-library changes are included.

Install through the Android/Fire OS package installer with user approval. Future updates require the same package and signing key, and a higher versionCode. No silent/background updater exists in Phase 1. The exact corresponding source archive and licence are provided alongside the APK. The private repository is not exposed.
